A day to recharge, learn and relax with Nikki Hill, Jane Townsend, Angela Boggiano and Gemma Wade.

Before the December madness starts, give yourself the gift of a day just for you. A day to come and reset, away from your normal routine. A day of learning practical tips and techniques that will help you feel better no matter what life throws at you.

You’ll leave inspired and relaxed, with loads of realistic, down to earth ways to look after yourself whilst you’re looking after everyone else. You’ll learn from experts in nutrition, yoga, cooking and hormone health, who get the reality of the hustle and have built businesses that help busy women thrive.

Here is what we’ve got in store for you on the day.

10am – arrive and meet everyone

10.30am-12pm – Yoga flow with Jane

Jane will guide you through breathing and movement to open your body and calm your mind. Come in clothes you’ll feel happy and comfy in – trackie bottoms and a tshirt are fine. Suitable for all levels.

12-2pm – Cooking demonstration, meal planning advice and lunch with Gemma and Angela

Gemma and Angela will demonstrate how to cook family-friendly, nutritious meals when life is crazy. You’ll takeaway recipe booklets, you’ll watch everything being made and will eat a delicious lunch while we chat and answer your questions.

2-4pm – How to balance your hormones, improve your sleep, mood and energy with Nikki – discussion and Q&A

Nikki is a naturopath and women’s hormone expert with over 10 years clinical experience. She wonderfully (and humorously!) explains how our bodies work and how we can all make day to day changes to feel better. She will be giving you lots of tips that you can implement straightaway.

Tickets for the day cost £125 and are limited to 12 people. Tickets include:
