If you’ve never been to a supper club before you are in for a treat, they are a cross between an intimate dinner party and a pop up restaurant. You’ll get to sit at long, beautifully set, candlelit tables to eat a specially prepared set meal along with your friends and follow guests.
This dinner is a very special Supper and we are delighted to have James Wood founder of Totally Wild Foraging and Wild Food Specialists here and together we will be cooking up a storm creating a seasonal menu celebrating the best of wild food we find in the North West.
James spent many years developing his skills and knowledge of all things “wild” from mushroom paper to elder berry salt. James is now seen as one of the UK’s top foraging and wild food experts, he’s on a mission to share this knowledge and show people that wild food is something we can all forage, prepare and enjoy.
James has worked with the BBC and ITV on Countryfile and Countrywise as well as independent documentary makers. He talks passionately about foraging and cooking wild foods and has a knack of making wild foods more accessible to people than ever.
On the night James will be on hand to talk you through each course and the wild foods being used in each dish.
On arrival you will be greeted with a special welcome wild cocktail but you are encouraged to BYO to keep your glass topped up for the rest of the night. You will receive an email the week of the event with suggested wine pairings to help you choose what to bring.
The set menu is a surprise until the night itself to allow us to make the most of what is best around at this time. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements when you book so we can make plans for any delicious alternatives we need to make.
Includes: 4 course meal and welcome cocktail. These events are limited to 30 people.
