‘Love to travel? Love to try local food? Then come and join us on a journey discovering the many unique flavours that make up an areas culinary identity. Our first destination will be the popular countries of the Mediterranean Spain, Italy and Greece . We will demonstrate some classic dishes of these countries as well as learning about the regions with travel specialist Lucy Allen from Not Just Travel.
The evening will start with a welcome drink and some Padron Peppers and Crostini to nibble.
We will then show you how to make the perfect Spanish Tortilla plus Gambas with Romanesco Sauce. Moving onto Italy we will show you how to prepare a delicious and impressive Pasta Rotollo with Tomato sauce making our own fresh pasta. Then to Greece for a fantastic Lamb Kleftiko. All the dishes you will get to enjoy with a glass of wine and so arrive hungry !
Expert travel information to these countries will be interspersed inbetween the cooking throughout the night with the insider track on travelling in these countries and a wonderful opportunity to ask questions about the regions of these countries.
