Developed in response to the popularity of our Indian tasting evening with chef Kapil Uppal we are running a class for spice-loving foodies who want to continue their Indian cooking journey. This is a mainly gluten free, vegetarian friendly colourful feast. It will de-mystify more famous dishes & discover new favourites.

Learn how to make your favourite Indian takeaway recipes even tastier and more authentic. From a fragrant chicken dish through to rarely seen Indian canapé ideas. In this cooking class Kapil we’ll guide you step by step through making an Indian street feast . With a broad range of authentic Indian ingredients readily available, this cooking style is surprisingly simple to master.
