The day will start with an introduction to Chocolate and its origins . You will then get to make a truffle mixture which you can then choose your own flavouring whether its a boozy, fragrant or even spicy one.
We will then have a chocolate tasting session where David will guide you through various different chocolate varieties covering dark, milk and white chocolate all from various origins and different levels of quality. David will then demonstrate how to make Liquid Salted Caramel Truffles .
Finally, you will then coat your ready made truffles and parcel them up to take home. The best truffles win one of Davids famous ‘Careless Whisper ‘ chocolate bars to take home.
The session will include all chocolate, flavourings and coatings for the truffles to take home plus drinks and a glass of fizz or wine .
